They do complain. One thing to keep in mind if you are using auto-translation on their threads is that Japanese posters tend to use polite language forms in these forums, even when they’re pissed. This is normal for Japanese but the auto-translations might seem tepid by English standards as a result.

tbh Japanese in general isn't as aggressive as English tends to be, which is why the displeasure would look mild to us.

And I for sure hope people remember the PLENTY OF TIMES that I made it clear that I'd support any race... but goddamn, sometimes I really feel like choosing violence when it comes to arsehats. And for whatever reason there's a pattern: Hyurs tend to be downright sociopathic, Miqo'te tend to be ignorant, Au Ra tend to be pretty uninspired in their vitriol and Elezen tend to act like nothing will ever touch them. It's dumb. (When it comes to their comments on these races, I mean).

Personally, I would rather we have a fun race war. However, are we talking about a 100yd sprint or something like a 10km endurance run? Can we have a car/mount race?
