During pulls , it is possible to get a spark of enjoying doing everything you can generating Addersting between pulls and dumping Toxikon and Pneuma, but that moment is over before you realize it’s even there, and it feels like you have to pull teeth to get even that. You have to bend over backwards to experience 5 seconds of fun, and then it’s back to Dyskrasia disco.
That's healers in general in dungeons, unfortunately. Anyone using dungeon content in 14 as any kind of standard for how healers play is either woefully misinformed or very disingenuous. Dungeons are the easiest content in the game, and healers are barely needed (they AREN'T needed in experts).
