This would ruin the aesthetic of the wards.

There would be no logic behind one lawn having snow, the other pristine grass, etc.

Some people just want to make the world burn.

I have a kugane tower in my Empyreum ward. It is right across from my house, and it is an enemy. I despise it, but there is nothing I can do, because I cannot make someone else do what I want them to. It ruins my world, but we left the theme requirements in this game long ago. The devs seem to be in favor of the opposite. Let it go.
