Server keeps crashing everytime i try to teleport to ultima thule

Thank you for providing us with a DXDIAG. After reviewing this, we noticed that the graphics driver for both the integrated graphics card (AMD Radeon(TM) Vega 8 Graphics) and the Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 appear to be outdated (last updated on 08/26/2021 and 05/12/2022). As such, we would recommend checking for any available updates for these drivers and making sure that they are updated properly. Additionally, if this has yet to be attempted, you may also try selecting the GTX 1050 as your GPU of choice via the in-game settings, and/or disabling the integrated GPU via your computer settings as well.

game drivers are up to date, double checked with my nvidia geforce setting and app that tells me when i have updates to install, when i check for the AMD Radeon graphics card it says theres a better one on the pc and redirects me to the GTX1050 one, which is my primary gpu of choice automatically in the FF14 settings.
