I am very sorry to hear that you're still experiencing these issues despite all the previous troubleshooting you've already done. I do understand that based off previous responses, you were able to temporarily fix the issue by moving the game onto a fresh external drive. I would like to confirm once more as well that after a re-install, did you also clear out or move the local FFXIV files folder which is located in My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV - A Realm Reborn.

Would it be possible to request for an updated "DXDIAG" report so we can better look into the issue. This can be done by clicking 'Start' on the Windows icon and click 'Run'. At the run line, please type 'DXDIAG', and hit "OK". Then click "Save all information" (in the DXDIAG window) and save it to a .txt file. Copy all that information and reply to this thread with it.
