Please add more Outdoor Storage!

I know it's probably too limited to increase the amount of outdoor furnishings actually placeable, but can we please get an increase to the amount of STORAGE space available?

They continually add outdoor furnishings during events which is all well and good but depending on how you plan to decorate things you are constantly being restricted on your storage space the more you play the game and get these rewards.

You can move the items elsewhere but that is quite literally just moving the "problem" around.

Even taking into consideration each individual unique item that you might have, there is a decent chance you will want multiples of at least some of the items where it would make sense thematically with decorating your yard.

For example any time a tree is added, case in point this very event coming up. More than likely people will want to decorate with more than 1 tree. And given the fact that they are event limited you would need to buy more. And the more you buy the more you are directly taking away your storage space because they are limited and you wouldn't want to get rid of them.

Obviously there has to be some reasonable limit, like no one would really require to have 100 of the same trees and take up all that space, but even just 4 or 5 of an item starts to escalate when you then get multiple from different events. Like 4+ Snow trees and now 4+ Illuminated Trees.

Inside a large house is 400 displayed and 400 storage, which is more than enough for most people and event stuff at least in regards to storage across both. But you go outside and it is only 40 and 40. Which again I understand the outside display limits, but surely the backend can be increased for storage?

The larger the better but can we at least get maybe 100 for storage?

That's 31% of my Outdoor "space" taken up by unique event items, not counting any potential duplicates I may want for actual decorating purposes.

More storage, indoor and outdoor, would definitely be welcome because of all the seasonal items. I'm in the middle of redecorating and looking at all the items I have stored both in the Storeroom and on my retainers that I hold specifically to use for decoration during certain holiday events. While I'll desynth/vendor the inexpensive ones easy to obtain, there are many that don't fit that definition due to rarity of materials needed to craft them.

Considering the storage is tied to the house and not the character, I would hope that it should be possible to increase those limits without undue strain on the game.

While demo is off at the moment, it will be back eventually.

One of the things I would like is that housing storage doesn't put your items at risk if you are forced to take a hiatus.

There is nothing worse than coming back and finding everything in housing storage is lost, even the paid items.

I'd like to see that fixed as part of any work they did to improve storage, make housing items, especially the paid one, never be deleted by the game.

The entire zone, every placed object, and every STORED object are all loaded the instant you enter the zone?

No idea regarding technical issues but 40 slots for outdoor furnishings and storage fills up quickly. Larger snow tiles (snow drifts and shoveled snow are very small if you want a snowy yard for Starlight and/or Ishgard) would help a bit though atm.

Of course we are pushing the 400 item indoor limits as well.

I haven't come across anything that says it includes stored items, only the items placed in the ward along with the normal ward information. It would make no sense that it should include all stored items within the entire ward.

The game seriously needs a season event storage.
