Several SMN actions missing from action list or have wrong/incomplete tooltips

If anything, your potencies are shown in the spells that they change into in the Actions menu if you bothered to look and not nitpick on one thing that actually has no bearing on the actual spell that is going to be cast itself.

They are not. The aspected spells prior to the Rites and Catastrophes are not in the Actions list at all. You cannot look up their potencies without going out of your way to enter combat.
