Several SMN actions missing from action list or have wrong/incomplete tooltips

I would think it's "enough" because we don't worry about Elemental Affinities like we used to back in ARR and HW. Monsters in particular don't have elemental weaknesses either.

If anything, your potencies are shown in the spells that they change into in the Actions menu if you bothered to look and not nitpick on one thing that actually has no bearing on the actual spell that is going to be cast itself. Besides, as Adeacia said, you have three summons to use before bringing out your Demi. It's rather simple in reality what element you're going to hit with based on the summon.

They are not. The aspected spells prior to the Rites and Catastrophes are not in the Actions list at all. You cannot look up their potencies without going out of your way to enter combat.
