    Adventurer plates are not working for me

    Title, I click the button to view someone's or mine's and it just doesn't load at all. Not an error message or anything. Tried restarting the game, my PC, used an alt, nothing worked. Any advice?

    Greetings fellow Eorzean,

    I'm verry sorry to hear that you've been experiencing this issue. You mention that no error message appears or is present when you attempt to view an Adventurer plate at this time; does trying to bring up an Adventurer plate cause any changes in-game such as forcing the game to close? do you experience any other issues or errors aside from this one function not appearing/working properly? Additionally, from the troubleshooting steps you've mentioned. If it has yet to be tried, as this could be an issue with the game files, I would suggest the following:

    - Try switching to DirectX 9 by selecting the ‘Config’ button on the launcher.
    - Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
    - Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
    - One other suggestion it may be something to do with your locally saved settings. Go to 'My Documents' > 'My Games' > 'Final Fantasy XIV - A Realm Reborn' and rename, move or delete that folder. (This folder contains locally saved settings for your characters [e.g. Macros, UI settings, Screenshots etc.] If you do not wish to get rid of them immediately then I suggest moving the folder and renaming it as the launcher will create a brand new one.)
    - Reinstall the game (As this could be an issue with corrupted or missing game files)
