Maybe it's just me, but I feel like 30 days of inactivity isn't really inactivity at all... It's just someone who paused their sub for a month because they couldn't afford it, or someone who wanted to take a break from the game for a bit.

I think it would be better if it was two months of inactivity (60 days) before a house gets scheduled for demolition. That way the inactivity timer better lines up with sub periods, and players can take a month off without worrying about losing their house. I know you get a warning after 30 days saying that you have 15 days before the house demolishes, but it seems unfair to count those 30 days as "inactivity" just because a player couldn't afford to pay their sub for one month. It feels too much like being penalized for spending any time away from the game at all.

It just doesn't make sense to me that skipping your sub for ONLY one month could make you risk losing something you spent millions of gil on... Wasn't this game built on the idea that you don't NEED to log in every day to get the most out of it? Isn't this game supposed to be friendly to people spending some time away from it? A month is barely any time to be away at all. I really think the inactivity timer should be longer.
