A fatal DirectX error has occurred (11000002)

The same old story again. . . I had this problem 2 days ago. Although before that I can play this game without any problem. But now everytime I logged into the game and joined the world for about 5 sec, the game crash. I have tried everything I can in order to play game:
    1. Delete the game and redownload it again
    2. Try to play in DirectX 9
    3. Reinstall new windows 10
    4. Play in borderless, full screen, windowed and switching back again and again
Please help me, I just bought the full version of this game. And because of this problem, I can not play it anymore. Are there anyway I can delay the time play or in the worst case can I refund this? I'm just college student who saving up my money to buy this game!!

    Greetings fellow Eorzean,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing these DirectX errors. If possible, would you be able to provide a system report? You can do this by navigating to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display. Once you have that, you can paste it here for us to view. Additionally, have you tried updating your graphics drivers yet? It might help to do a clean uninstall and reinstall of your drivers to see if that helps with this issue.

Thank you for visiting the FINAL FANTASY XIV Technical Support Forums!

If you have an AMD GPU:
    1) Lock your monitor to 60hz
    2) Downgrade your GPU drivers to 21.8.2 (this was the last stable version before DX11 errors became common)
    3) Disable shadow cascading and set shadow resolution to Low - 512p (I've been experimenting with high resolution, and it seems to be stable as well, but 512p is very safe)

If you are using a Laptop you should check if it has onboard and also dedicated graphics, this game sometimes sets the CPUs inbuilt graphics as the default which can cause such issues.
You can check by loading up the game and on the title screen select configuration and then Display > check on this tab at the top right if its using the correct graphics card it will say ~Display.1 Name here.

Might be the same for desktop too.

Make sure to install the game on the C drive with the OS as well.
