When Good Dragons Go Bad Quest help

Hello!

I am trying to get triple triad cards and Master Mogzin is a character I need to play against.

I have all 3 beastribe quests at the bloodsworn level but the NPC in Idyllshire doesn't have the quest option available for "When Good Dragons Go Bad" and it's not showing up in my completed quests log. Can someone please help and let me know if there is anything else I am missing?

So that is the start of the allied tribe questline for Heavensward. Looking it up, it doesnt list any extra or special pre-reqs. I do wonder though if maybe there was a hidden requirement to do the ARR allied tribe quests first. I dont actually know, i had already done the ARR ones before the HW ones were added. I do know that sometimes when quests are bugged logging out and back in can get them to appear. So maybe itll just be there next time you check? Otherwise, someone else may need to provide more insight.

There's a good chance that completion of the ARR Allied Tribes quests is required since it's a continuation of the story of a specific character introduced in those quests. It seems strange that such a requirement doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere. I think I have an alt that completed all reps for HW and SB but never completed ARR. I'll have to check with the character and see if I'm running into the same issue when I get a chance.

Thank you for your help! I started working on the first allied quests last night and finally finished them and now am able to continue! You both are awesome!
