    It would be nice for the older exploration zones to be nerfed again, whether it's changing the scaling again, or reducing the xp lost in eureka and bozja for dying. Something to either make things better for new players having to go through it in underpopulated zones, or at least make it a shorter grind.

    Which is so cruel since Bozja has all the relic drops. I wanna multitask! D=

    Sucks a little to have to make a choice between grinding mettle in Zadnor or being lazy and picking up some relic items in Bozja.. plus pretty sure the only notes I had remaining last I checked were Bozja ones.

    After I hit zadnor I completely stopped going into Bozja Southern. If you die in there, you have the level 25 death penalty despite the stuff in there having a max reward of lvl 15.

    Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
    Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
    Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]

    EXP loss serves no purpose. It's not "exciting" or dangerous and as others have mentioned you make it back in a few Skirmishes. It's just a tedious slap on the wrist that exists for the sake of existing. Old MMO's phased it out for a reason.

    The other thing that really needs to be tweaked is that it needs to be made more efficient to acquire memory gems from Bozjan skirmishes than Heavensward FATEs. (And not by reducing the drop rate on the FATEs!) Also add them to Castrum and even Dalriada, to tempt more people into those.

    And maybe boost the speed at which new players unlock the third zone and can participate in content there.

    The truth is nothing is likely to change ever. They did a lot of adjustments when it was current and have since moved on. Something like the xp penalty probably won't go away because it's not remotely game breaking.
