Even back then this wouldn't work, would only add extra work for you. They used to be hella bold, pulling monsters out in the open in groups or the occasional funny floor BLM, they used to send tells and party invites, city states used to be very annoying to be in with 24/7 shout - say filled with bots (but now it's venues lol).

Their new approach seems to be camping in eureka and under limsa's main crystal, well not really new but they seem to have ditched their old ways.

I very rarely see them in balmung. But you need to find people buying Gil and kick them in the junk everytime they buy Gil till they stop once no one is buying they will go away.

They are routinely shouting in the starter cities on Raiden. Probably because its a newer server. I routinely report them but they spring back up again.

They are fairly common on Gilgamesh too. Probably depends on the server and people need to remember their experience =/= everyone's.
