    I have fine tuned my thing more but missing few things.

    Items obtained within Dig Areas,
    Items you can spend Chocobo Points on.
    Just need more common items, weapons, armor which can be found and bought.

    so far list im work on this this adjustments so far.

    DoL can only enter Chocobo Arenas. Fish-Lagoon/Min-Desert/Bot-Forest
    Removed NMs due to DoH only Area.
    Items updated in each Arena.
    Nuts= stat Egg. Added 7th Egg.
    Moglet items=CP
    Added unlimited time, decreased start time to 3mins.
    Raids have a 25 Dig limit then the raid ends.
    Chocobo Traits added.
    Dig Skill levels fixed.
    Ranks like with GC but for Chocobo Digs.

    These arent in the forum yet but working on writing it. I been playing FF9 a bunch and were some things in that game I thought played well and were missing and also making Areas DoL only and removing battle option. Still will be enemies though.

    Alright added huge update to this forum. Hopefully I don't have to re post it so people will read it.

    Some of the info in the forum will need to be changed or fixed. Like having Salt and Freshwater Fish in the Lagoon. Can only be one type. Type of plant life also and what recipes some of those items play out from lv1 to lv50. I try to spread them out much as I can and make each section balanced. I have added least 2-3 items that are new to the game and only to be obtained in that Arena. Cant get Pink Pearls unless you got Fishing and lv50 Dig Chocobo and it helps to have Blue Chocobo aswell. I have removed NMs because its DoL only Arena even for your chocobo.

    I read the OP and must say that I am really impressed with this idea...only browsed a few of the replies, but my question is...why have difficulty levels in addition to the chocobo lvls...if this is a mini and it's meant to appeal to everyone who plays then I think the difficulty in obtaining rare items should depend on how you raise you chocobo and where you do the digging...feeding certain foods to raise certain stats over another. Remember this game is going to marketed as mass appeal...we want everyone to get in on the fun, especially with mini-games. Nonetheless, great post, great idea. Would love to see it implemented in some way or another.

    Sorry, but the hot and cold game was lame. Out of anything I could think to rip from XI, this wouldn't be too far off the bottom of the list.

    I respect the great effort spent in developing the idea, however I'd rather see something like chocobo racing (except where we actually ride the chocobos instead of it being like horse racing)

    Added few Barding Images and edited few images into one to cut down on 21image limit. Added new section for Chocobo Barding that will be in 2.0.

    Sorry for late reply but difficulty based on dig exp earned, rarer items, harder enemies. Need to make it where lv1 players with chocobos are able to go into a zone and handle it some what and cant make it too easyer. Could make it harder based on Star difficulty tier1,tier2,tier3,tier4,tier5,tier6. Lv1 player could go into tier6 hardest dig mode right from get go and earn exp with less digs. Idea is farther you progress in your digs like your on the 13th dig Drake enemies will pop in the Arena and be hard to work around.

    I think it should have some chocobo Levequests. which are only available when you have your own personal chocobo


    Chocobo Levequests


    - Digging for Treasures and Items
    digging for treasures and items in a specific area for a specific time. the more items you find, the more exp and gil you are going to receive in the end

    - Chocobo Escort
    Quests who involves the chocobo for escort quests, where you have to hurry to escort an courier npc who is riding on a chocobo. you have to guard him from A to B. in contrast to normal escort quests you are in a hurry. from time to time enemies will appear to hinder the courier from transporting important goods to place B.

    - Chocobo Race
    chocobo race where you have to be faster than the NPC's. it can happen that regular monsters are going to attack you and try to slow or throw you off your chocobo. that can also happen to the npc's

    that'd be fun.

    some kind of "chocobo leves"

    I love the depth to which you have expressed yourself and your ideas on everything chocobo related. I hope everything to do with chocobos is even more in depth than this, and that they add all the staples, plus even more that we can't even imagine yet ;D
