I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I've never seen tearing in this game. It's not like I don't notice tearing either, it's one of the first things I notice when playing just about any game, be it on PC or console. Maybe vsync was just always on for me.
As for
Still leads to lower input lag, and it also means that getting "big" fps drops only means going from 120fps to like 60-90 fps, instead of from 60 to 30-45 fps, and that would definitely be noticable.

Been playing WoW and BF3 on 120FPS, and it's noticeable to me when I play it on other monitors that display 60FPS. My concerns are the same as OP. Will the FPS be unlocked from the current 60?
All I care about is it having in game graphics options (not some external exe) and allow players to alt tab without crashing.
I think both are being added in 2.0![]()
I wonder what they're going to call the Engine as it has no name, maybe they could make a big deal out of like a community contest or something XD
Even square doesn't know all the final details about the engine. It is a little early to be asking questions about it.
eyefinity works fine, it'll work better with the new engine
Ask again later.
That's what my magic 8-ball is saying anyway.
Haven't people already been playing with triple monitor setups? I'm pretty sure I've seen some pictures of it.
