Steps:
1. Use Peloton at the same moment combat is initiated.
2. Peloton persists on party members other than the user for its full duration despite players being in combat. Peloton was properly removed from the user.

Additional Details:
Movement speed appeared to be increased in addition to the Peloton buff icon remaining on the players' buff lists.

I am the one who noticed and chose to report the bug, so I have listed my own character name in the above template. The bug was produced by a different player in the party, by accident.
