Sound Alert for Duty Finder

Please add a sound alert when the duty finder finds a group for you. I'd like to be able to alt-tab and watch some movies or something while waiting without fear of missing the queue. Also, please allow for it to be disabled for those who do not want this option. Thank you.

I get a chime when the window pops up, I use the PS3 I suspect it's the same on the PC. If so, you probably want a louder chime/notification.

Yep there's a chime. Its not very loud though.

There is a chime. It should be loud enough tho (Mine are normally very loud)

Check your master volume and see where your BG noise lvl is at.

Actually, from the sounds of it the OP wants to be able set the game so they only hear the chime when Duty Finder goes off, and nothing else, when alt-tabbed.

To be honest, that would be a good feature now that I think about it. There's only the hear all sounds setting for alt-tab. Would be nice to restrict it.

You can kind of do this now,


Just uncheck everything but system sounds

AFAIK no system sound other than duty finder will chime while you're not doing anything in game

I wish this was addressed more. I personally am testing maxing out System Sounds and Max Master Volume with others at 50% or less to sort of get this effect.

I just dynamically mute them all except System Sounds when I watch youtube while in a queue. You can also create macros to toggle-mute the others so that you only need to click a button.

On Ps4, when u unplug your headset on the gamepad, u can hear the PF spawn, the sound is very strong.

On PC, u can follow Reimmi's tips, it work perfectly.
