I've been told that the quick venture gear was actually removed from the loot table in late ShB. At the very least, the tradeable variety. And yes, I know that many of these items are unobtainable now, but they're still able to be sold on the MB so there's always that faint glimmer of hope that a legacy player with an abandoned alt or something brushes the dust off their account and finds these items.
