i see them a lot, but for now I dont really care. It just better be cracked down on at release. though some are real businesses they still affect the economy.

RMTs are like illegal immagrants, we dont want them but we need them.
Since when did players need gilfarmers to ruin ingame market prices for them?
...We can do that well enough on our own.
Cause think of it like this. This game need money alot of it. You pay 9.99 i assume not counting if you have alts right now. They pay 9.99 also but they have 7 other accounts. Thats 79.92 a month that the pay when they become legacy members of course. But if for now if they have an actual account with mules they could quite possible be paying 100. They are helping the game with its fundings till 2.0.
The amount of money they generate is miniscule compared to the rest of the player base who generally hates them. RMT will always do more harm than good.
As long as they are banned for 2.0, it doesnt really matter. SE probably isnt bothering with them because they need money while waiting for the relaunch, however, they already proved in XI that they can come down hard on them.
They actually cause AT LEAST 3 players to leave on average per month, either directly or indirectly as a whole. So yeah, they are not worth keeping around from a monetary standpoint.
its kinda a joke. And this is hardly a grand scale 11s RMT was a million times worse. getting rmt tells every 40 god damn seconds.
You know rh problem with rmt?
The problem is that we don't have many. WE NEED MORE!
Unless you want to keep paying 10k for ores and millions for AF weapons. RMT are a necessary evil. We have too many greedy ppl
