I launch the game from steam, input my login infos, hit the play button and I'm welcomed by a black screen. This has been going on for days and nothing I try changes anything.

I tried :

- Updating Windows
- Running the game in compatibility to mode for Windows 7
- The Force Stop Steam method
- Updating all the Drivers
- Reinstalling the game, twice.
- Reinstalling Steam (leading to a third reinstall of the game for those keeping scores)
- Verifying files integrity
- Run the game as admin
- Contact customer support which only lead to them pointing me to another mail address that hasn't answered in 2 days
- Reconfiguring Internet Explorer

Any help ?
