I was able to log out with about an hour inbetween to get the quests to work. I just had to do Uldah's quest first, then logout in bed in Gridania, and last at Limsa where you will get the cutscene that has Hildibrand in it when you chase down the criminal ^_^

I wish there was more to these quests though. I've really enjoyed Hildibrand! So crossing fingers we get to see more of him!
