Isekai + Fantasia?

If you knew with 100% certainty that you would be pulled into the game and be your main character, ala Isekai genre media, next time you logged in, would you fantasia? If so, what would you change?

I'd give my guy a slightly different jaw. After realizing he looks like Liv Tyler from certain angles, I can't get it out of my head.

There have been a lot of situation questions in the thread so I thought I'd compile the answers here for ease.

By logging in, I mean entering the world as the character, not entering your username and password.

1. You will be yourself; mentally and emotionally, inhabiting your character's physical body.

2. Eorzea is now the Real World, with all physical and magical laws pertaining to a world with magic.

3. There are no Fantasias available once you log in. When you're in, you're in that form permanently, no going back.

4. You have access to all classes, jobs, skills, equipment, property, etc that your character has at the moment of logging in and are able to switch between them at will. The Armory Chest is a magical item that behaves just like it currently does. That gear goes away somewhere, somehow, we're not really sure, but it does work.

5. The world looks real, not like computer graphics.

6. Eorzea is continuous and of the actual size represented by the map, there are no zones to enter or leave.

7. When you die in combat, you resurrect at your home aetheryte. You can still die from old age and disease.

8. You are bound by civil law of the area you're in.

9. Alts will be in the world as fully sentient individuals. If they're RP characters they will have the personality you played them having.

10. You will be able to purchase a house if you want as long as you can find land to build on. Adventurer neighborhoods don't have the arbitrary limitations they do now. If you want to live in the NPC neighborhoods (wherever they are) you can do that too.

11. You can get pregnant.

12. You are no longer the WoL. Since the world an only have one, you will be a powerful adventurer/hero that has had a significant role in world events up to now and has a good relationship with world leaders etc, but the canon WoL is an NPC.

13. You can still use Aetherytes to travel around.

14. You can still go to the First.

15. You can adventure with your retainers.

16. All other players on the server will be zapped in as well when they log in.

17. Past events will remain as they are at the end of the 6.0 story.

18. You can't stay up all day and all night for weeks at a time. You'll have to rest/sleep just as you do now.

19. Land, sea, and air travel is not instant; it will take the amount of time appropriate to the methods to travel the distance between points.

20. Ilm = Centimeter, Yalm = Meter, Malm = Kilometer; METRIC, BABY! Yes, that means you'd have to make Royales with Cheese and not Quarter Pounders.

I'd probably change her hair and put on the 2B legs XD

No need to use a Fantasia before logging back in. The Game World itself has them, as well as our favorite Aesthetician.

Maybe? Depends on how the world actually works. For lalafells, what the game tells us and what we can actually see are VERY different.
