To people who want the MSQ cutscenes to be skippable - the moment that happens, MSQ roulette and its reward disappear. The only reason its got such great rewards compared to other roulettes rn is to compensate for the time investment. If time investment to accomodate sprouts is removed, so will be rewards. And at that point the dungeons will probably just be rolled into Lvl 50/60/70/80 roulette. If thats what you want, then yeah, MSQ dungeon cutscenes could be made skippable. People demanding both roulette and its rewards being kept; and cutscenes being skippable just want to both have their cake and eat it.

It doesn't need to have it own roulette. Stuff it back into leveling, remove the cutscene lock and ask first timers really hard if they wanna do it in trust. It shouldn't going into 50/60/70/80. It only got those rewards because it was so bad they had to bribe vets extra hard to do it.To people who want the MSQ cutscenes to be skippable - the moment that happens, MSQ roulette and its reward disappear. I don't know why people demand it be cutscene-pruned. If you don't like the cutscenes or don't care for rewards you can just not run the roulette. It's really that simple. I only run it occasionally when I know I have time and patience to put up with the long monologues, and I think more people should be more casual about their approach to it, rather than "I have to run ALL roulettes and I hate MSQ".
Group over solo, if you want otherwise theres trust and party finder. Healer doesn't want to dps, vote kick, tanks is slow and says you pull you tank, vote kick. Wanna watch an hour movie in between a 10 minute dungeon, vote kick.
I'd say:
1) Remove the MSQ roulette entirely; add the final two dungeons to normal roulette.
2) Rework both roulettes entirely to...
--A) "Main Story Roulette"; This includes any/all dungeons run for main story, regardless of where they are now; this would include some 50/60/70/80.
--B) "Side Stories Roulette"; This includes most of the older Hardmode dungeons, things like Aurum Vale, a lot of the current 50/60/70/80.
3) Ensure that ALL dungeons in the #2A series can be done solo with NPCs
4) Allow all cutscenes to be skippable.
TL;DR IF you want to watch cutscenes, you should be able to do it with NPCs..but subsequently there is no need for an additional roulette for JUST the final two dungeons.

That kind of behaviour is straight up against the rules by the way, and is something one might eat an ingame punishment over. Just saying that last time someone in dungeon I was running tried telling a healer how to play they were one who ended up kicked instead; AND GM support replied pretty fast. And if you see anyone trying to kick people over wanting to watch the cutscenes, always make sure to use support desk to report those behaviours. Helps improve the community.
It's actually intentional by the devs. Group over solo, if one person doesn't fit with the group. Remove the one and try for another like minded one. Your example proves it too. That kind of behaviour is straight up against the rules by the way, and is something one might eat an ingame punishment over. Its never group over solo in cases where something is against the rules. Its a 'breaks the rules' or not. Telling other people they are playing 'wrong' is AGAINST the rules. Kicking them for gasp, daring to watch a cutscene is same way. If group did support the original kick, it'd just be situation to report not one but several players.
