It's actually intentional by the devs. Group over solo, if one person doesn't fit with the group. Remove the one and try for another like minded one. Your example proves it too. That kind of behaviour is straight up against the rules by the way, and is something one might eat an ingame punishment over. Just saying that last time someone in dungeon I was running tried telling a healer how to play they were one who ended up kicked instead; AND GM support replied pretty fast. And if you see anyone trying to kick people over wanting to watch the cutscenes, always make sure to use support desk to report those behaviours. Helps improve the community.
Its never group over solo in cases where something is against the rules. Its a 'breaks the rules' or not. Telling other people they are playing 'wrong' is AGAINST the rules. Kicking them for gasp, daring to watch a cutscene is same way. If group did support the original kick, it'd just be situation to report not one but several players.

Guess what
Your attitude is why they are unskippable. Kicking new players because they want to see cutscenes is griefing, and to put it bluntly, utterly selfish, entitled , just plain rude.
If and when you get reported, try that schtick with a GM in Mordion...who will NOT be kind to you.

I feel like you're not helping with this situation, basically I just want those instance with circle barrier should've available to skip cutscene so they can just run around while waiting inside, not kicking new players...
