Because Prae and castrum have the cutscenes throughout the dungeons, while other "MSQ" dungeons do not.

We technically have this already, it's that bonus you get whenever someone's new to the instance. Just expand on that.

99% of said dungeons also have at most one cutscene at the beginning that the party can't skip if one person wants to watch it due to the barrier, followed by one 10-15s cutscene of the final boss of the dungeon swooping in and roaring.
Meanwhile praetorium & Castrum have multiple minutes worth of actual plot relevant cutscenes, they're not comparable in the slightest.

How often do you run Prae/Castrum and have a new player? Those "non-new-player" runs shouldn't have a forced cutscene. Ever. No other dungeon does that. Why is Castrum/Prae different?

But if you're only queueing for it because the rewards are so good... the cutscenes/how long it takes is why they're so good!

P.S. It's also a lot faster than it used to be too, Praetorium only takes about 27 minutes now.

I wonder how many different roulettes we need to talk about before people understand the concept. This is what we've been saying in alliance roulette discussions.

its at best a 20 to 25 minute run, even including cutscenes

you want to skip them, dont queue for MSQ.. its really that simple. you want the rewards, they come with cutscenes...

I mean if it has a barrier, I think it's fine to just make it skippable. It's not like players can walk past the barrier and pull the boss after skipping it.

Yeah this is what I meant. You can't do anything when waiting someone watching cutscene while inside the barrier. Both Livia and Ultima Weapon has barrier when someone watching cutscene. Only Praetorium is missing the barrier apparently.

Mentor roulette gave me MSQ instance whenever I queue as healer, and I see others don't have first time bonus so it's kinda nuisance.

it got added because people skipped them for the reason meaning those who had not seen them was at ended duty when done with cutscenes.

That is why they put on the restrictions and also is the reason why it is a seperate roulette from others, given the XP and tomestones from the daily it is well rewarded.

if i do prae or castrum and not one of us is new and we've done the instance over 100 times, we should be able to skip. we literally have a flag to show someone is/is not new.
