So as a Dancer main, I feel like whenever I want to give some opinion of performance or anything, they're not taking it seriously because I'm just a Physical Ranged, who just press 1 and 2 button. Is Physical Ranged really that down low?![]()

Some people don't take anyone's opinion seriously. It's easier to believe someone else is wrong than to admit a mistake, after all.
I've met plenty of Dancers that are very experienced on a lot of different jobs that obviously know what they are talking about. But it's possible they got a different impression from you and a lot of that is going to depend how you present yourself, if you have a lot of jobs leveled up and look and talk like someone with experience of other people's role in many different fights. PvE mentor status helps too because whether people want to hate on it or not, it usually means you have done a lot of content on a lot of jobs.
Some people just might not want advice or not want your opinion. It depends which content it is as well, because this advice is more likely to be welcome in high-end duties where people are expected to optimize.
In other news, there is no technical debt from 1.0.
"We don't have ... a technological issue that was carried over from 1.0, because ARR was meant to kind of discard what we had from 1.0 and rebuild it from the engine."

That's not a physical ranged, or a DNC thing. Most players don't care for unsolicited advice. I'm not saying you are in the wrong for trying to give it, and you might even have the best intentions in mind. The way I like to think of it is going to give a cat a belly rub.
There are situations where it can be very detrimental if something is not said. As an example I was in a Barb EX practice party, and after the tank died to Void Aero III on back to back pulls, I had to tell both of the MT and OT that it required a swap (I was playing my DNC, btw). It was no longer an issue after that, but I gave them an opportunity to resolve it themselves as I've brainfarted needing to provoke, or just forgot the mech required a swap. After the second time though, I wanted to be sure they were on the same page before we pulled again.
Granted, on a lot of occasions it's the tank(s) that instruct groups in PvE content. Many players who main that role also have the mental aptitude to lead, and it's a big reason why they play that role; or they take that responsibility like a fish to water. That does not mean that any player can speak up, especially if someone is doing something very, very wrong.
When it comes to performances (I'm assuming you mean DPS output), if the encounter does not have an enrage, I suggest to just zip it. The only exception is maybe... and by "maybe", I mean it's between 2:38pm and 2:40pm PST on a Friday during the summer on a sunny day after the player has just eaten AND you're playing the same job they are... then you can say something. Even then... cat belly rub, remember?

Why do you care just play what you enjoy.
Yes.

Dude... it's XIV. Unless you are doing current EX/savage stuff then don't bother and just be happy the encounters can be more or less cleared by button mashing and staying out of the orange areas.
