Unable to continue NIN Job Quests. Lvl 50 NIN Quest "Master and Student"

I am having an issue continuing the job quest for Ninja. I am at the part after starting the quest where you have to go to Foot Falls and talk to Oboro. While speaking to him, Oboro asks, "for whom do you wield your blade" and instead of a dialogue box popping up, I receive a window that says "World Visit \\ Ready for transport." I am unable to close the window, or skip the cutscene. I have to force-close the program in order to escape the cutscene, but the quest does not progress. Any help with this would be great.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to progress in the Ninja class questline due to this issue.
