You did say you "met" them here on the game, now you saying not only you dated them but also were involved in their mental health.

All I am saying is becareful, as someone with a clinical diagnosis of ASPD we are few and far inbetween and often people mistakes traits and stereotypes as you have X. As my doctor likes to say true ASPD's are extremely uncommon in the grand scheme, and they take years to diagnosis let alone treat. So forgive me if I doubt your claims you have met many with ASPD in game. Sure you may have met people that share traits and characteristics but I am dubious if you actually met many people with ASPD.

Yeah, I meet and date some. *shrug* Welcome to online dating. I get you're trying to make it out like I armchair people but I'm not speaking on anything outside of what they've told me themselves.

That's all I'm gonna say on the topic because again, I have no idea who you are outside of your reputation on here and you also have no idea about my personal life or those who have come in and out it.
