As far as using it to improve themselves, depends on the person and how they view themselves in the first place tbh. I've met more narcissists and sociopaths on here than I'd like to admit and they see absolutely nothing wrong with how they act.
Have you really though? Are you a trained professional? Individuals with ASPD are not as common as TikTok likes to make it out to be. For the most part they are just genuine assholes. Making that assumption is just as dangerous as falling into stereotypes.
