There's just no one, I tried to do all my roulettes one day on dynamis and couldn't get them all done in the time I had. 30+ minute per roulette is a hell of an issue, and especially on expert roulette. There's barely any max level characters staying on the DC, most characters are alts that are around level 50-70 right now and the ones who brought their main go to other DCs to do content at about half the wait times or less. If you only have about 1-2 hours a night to play, there's a very real chance you won't be able to keep up on content or capped tomes if you don't DC travel.
