Have you seen the state of JP DCs? The ones where Mana has about 150 PFs in the evening and every other DC is lucky to go over 30? The ones where a dedicated "non-JP" DC exists? The ones where a newly reorganized DC is struggling to get off the ground and attracts much the same ire that Dynamis does?
