Trying to remember the last time I ran into a new player that knew Party Finder even existed, let alone was trying to use it.

think...think...think...

Coming up blank.

Most new players won't have a need to use PF until after (or at least close to) completing MSQ and that's going to take several months for most. The players who are most inconvenienced are the veteran players used to relying on PF for end game content. Not to say that isn't also important but trying to pull "the new player experience is ruined" card here is rather silly.

In the meantime, tonight I queued for The Dark Inside on one of my alts with 3 others from my Marilith FC because we all needed it for MSQ progression (though I'm the only who had done it before). Rather than data center travel, we queued on Marilith.

Our wait time was 6 minutes, which is pretty darn good for a direct queue on a MSQ trial. I've had far longer queue times back on Crystal when doing it on my other characters that needed it for MSQ. Obviously not everyone is abandoning Dynamis to do content on the other data centers.

Anecdotal? Yes.

Did we get lucky? Maybe?

Yet it's fairly consistent with the other queue times I've experienced on Dynamis so far.

I wouldn't doubt that players are having with PvP queues, and likely Alliance raid queues as well since those tend to be unpredictable even on populated data centers. But any claims that state or imply all queues have been a problem are false.
