I'm pretty sure there is always a server queue time for DDOS prevention reasons.Dynamis doesn't look dead. It had a server queue at 8am this past Tuesday. Limsa is full of people, as is Gridania and Uldah, to a lesser extent. People are everywhere. But trying to queue for almost anything other than leveling and 50/60/70/80 can be very long to never ending waits.
We really need region wide duty/party finders.
So your arguments have gone from:
Dynamis isn't dead, queue times aren't that bad.
to
Ok well just PvP and Alliance raids are bad but it will get better and it's actually not that dead.
to
Just give it time, it's dead now but it'll be better in a year.
now to
Well it's your fault that you fell for moving to a dead DC, you should have known it would be dead and not locked yourself into being stuck on there for 3 months.
It's just a never ending cycle of backpedalling with you
It's not backpedaling because I (and others) said to give it time from the start. So your arguments have gone from:

I'm pointing out how disingenuous it is to use the alliance and frontline roulettes as a gauge. (I'm not the only one that's pointed that out.)
There has been no backpedaling. I stand firm on the fact that y'all are impatient.
Frontline queues can get pretty iffy on established servers depending on where we are in a patch cycle, so whatever, but I don't see how it's disingenuous to be looking at Alliance roulette times. I've only managed to get into Labrinth and Syrcus Tower when I queue, and it's a bit disheartening that it's taking as long as it is to scrape together 24 people, across four servers, who are wanting to run the most basic of raids at any given time.
Dynamis queues are dead, plain and simple. The DC itself is not dead necessarily, but anyone actually wanting to run content goes wherever they were before. The players here largely came here for private housing. More specifically: medium and large private housing.Frontline queues can get pretty iffy on established servers depending on where we are in a patch cycle, so whatever, but I don't see how it's disingenuous to be looking at Alliance roulette times. Unfortunately, Dynamis came too late into the expansion. At best, this DC will fill during future expacs, or if there was hype - similar to last year - that directed players to Dynamis specifically. At worst, depending on how you look at things, they could probably just merge these worlds with the other DCs.

-this is why I think dynamis is dead, with proof
-XIV Cultists: NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! NOT TRUE!!!!!! YOU PHOTOSHOPPED THAT! WHAT JOB WHAT TIME, YOU'RE JUST TRYING TO MAKE THE GAME LOOK BAD AAAAAHHHHHH
Its more like the people who are convinced its alive are plugging their ears and screeching for yoshida to save them from the blashemous traitors tarnishing his sacred vision.
I mean I don't really get it but man people cant come to terms with the fact that Dynamis is dead, (which it is)
We've had several threads about alliance roulette cheese in the last month or so. People are more actively avoiding that roulette. I can't imagine people wanting to take a chance with that on the new DC. As you point out, that's all you can get into. Where's the appeal? My point stands.Frontline queues can get pretty iffy on established servers depending on where we are in a patch cycle, so whatever, but I don't see how it's disingenuous to be looking at Alliance roulette times. You can't come to terms with the fact that it's just a dead time of year and dead time in a patch cycle. You're being unrealistic about the situation.
Alliance roulette is a good source of tomes and XP, and it's a popular roulette in general. We've had several threads about alliance roulette cheese in the last month or so. I mentioned the CT raids as those are ones that a greater majority of people will have unlocked vs something like Nier or Aglaia, and if even CT raids are struggling to fill, it's not great. It had nothing to do about cheesing ilvl.

No point in banging your head against a brick wall like that. Just laugh at the hot takes around here and enjoy yourself!
