    That looks like the pillow on the Hingan bed, I'm assuming with a tatami loft stuck on top of it to look like a floor.

    If they made a separate furniture item for just the pillow though I have no idea!

    Agreed that it looks like the pillow from the bed but the headboard should be visible in that screenshot as it's very close to the pillow and much taller than the rest of the bed.

    I browse through other furnishings quickly but couldn't see anything with the same bundle of reeds design as part of it.

    Not a housing item unfortunately. Who knows if they'll ever be one.
    Hingan bed has the same pillow but like Jojoya said the headboard will be visible if you try to glitch it through a floor or loft.

    Currently those are only on the beach side resting spots on Shirogane.
