Guys, as much as I hate to say this - I think he has a point. We don't care about the grind because already did it about 500 times... to say we are not dedicated members is ridiculous for most of us at this point because a lot of us have been here since beta, some even alpha. To make this game successfull, the feedback of new players is whats needed and I think at this point, probably more valuable then a bunch of people who have stuck through the shit that 1.xx was. Think about it, if we stuck around since alpha / beta, I doubt they could get rid of most of us even if 2.0 bombed...

What I'm trying to say is, he probably has a point. The fact that the SE is indeed very, very shameless about the grind turns off a lot of people. I mean you log in and you grind and half the time it's really boring. 2.0 seems to be aiming to address this, but I don't think it will be to the degree that people new to the game will be expecting. I understand a grind, a grind is definitely needed, but maybe they should take head to the saying "A wolf in sheep's clothing" a bit more and realize the audience they are trying to hit, WoW players, are spoiled to one type of game play. I want the game to succeed, and honestly either route they take I'll have fun. But for the love of god, stop flaming new people because you think that our input is more valuable.. That makes the legacy tag we are so proud of look really bad. We come off looking like pompous assholes who have their heads shoved in the ass of SE. -end rant-
