First Person to Third Person and back again Transition

Is there a way to let this happen with the mouse wheel instead of having to push the home key?

Like this is weird right? Not being able to do that?

I can't access the game right now, but I believe there is an option to do it in your character settings. I'm able to do it on my set up.

Yep! There's a toggle for switching to first person when fully zoomed in under Character Config, Control (scroll down to the bottom).
