Introduction of a negative commendation button

A player can then use a negative commendation in place of a standard commendation, knocking down the commendation rate percentage.
The mentor will then lose access to mentor roulette until they are able to bring their commendation level percentage up again.
I know some will say this system can easily be trolled, and perhaps it can. However, I can't imagine enough people would use the system in a negative way to truly impact the stats.

Allow me to introduce you to the concept of review bombing.

Should negative votes be implemented, there will be a HUGE number of people who will derank mentors, either for shits and giggles, or knowing that they will be knocked out of roulette and their mounts harder to get.

Anyone with a burger king crown would be negative voted into the floor faster than a dragoon trying to jump off the boss platform... or a reddit post saying the game sucks.

If you want to combat the bad mentors, there needs to be a separate commendation or rating system specific to mentors. The current commendation system isn't specific to mentors and affects achievements that any player can earn.
