Temp Invulnerability, Having the Hunter Scholars report accurate ToDs in game, turning them into FATES. All great ideas IMO.

None will be implemented more than likely though. Folks have been trying for literal years just to keep being told it's not against ToS so... Literally, what can you do?? Might be better off trying to do this feedback on the JP forum in japanese, but I doubt they care like that about it over there.
