All we know is that they're coming, probably in 7.0+
We don't know their designs either, we only have very preliminary caricature-like artwork meant to represent them. Don't take them as gospel.

If it does, it will have to come after the graphics overhaul for some of the races. Because they won't realistically work on two things at once. That'd be too much for them. Especially not considering Hrothgar assets are a disorganized mess. If anything I'd expect it to come past 7.0's launch itself (including Early Access) to truly avoid further congestion. However, that would depend on whether they learned from Endwalker's early access.
