Details: Whenever I attempt to purchase items on the Final Fantasy XIV Online Store, I am forced to log in between 3 and 5 times, finally culminating in an ERROR (-24202)

No item is purchased, yet my bank account shows pending charges as if the item were actually purchased. If you return to the Online Store after this error, the item is still in your cart. Square-Enix support does not show these pending charges, however, and thus cannot reverse them, thus leaving these pending charges against my bank balance for up to 3 weeks. This is obviously not working as intended and it is absolutely unacceptable to say the least.

Steps:
  1. Log in to Final Fantasy XIV Online Store
  2. Place an item in your cart
  3. Possibly have to log in again
  4. Proceed to checkout
  5. Select character, enter payment information
  6. Possibly have to log in again
  7. Receive ERROR (-24202);
