Thread: Getting really bad lag and disconnects since 6.28

I recently got an update from Webpass, I haven’t been able to test it due to the holidays but it sounds like it may be fixed at a network level:
“ Hello! Our Engineering team has setup peering with OVHCloud where Final Fantasy is hosted, this should resolve any latency issues and also provides a direct route to their servers instead of going through other transit providers. If you are still experiencing issues, feel free to reopen your ticket.“

I got the same email, but
1.) still experiencing issues ingame
2.) the traceroute hasn't changed
3.) i'm not sure what OVHCloud has to do with anything here
4.) I got a followup email with:

The new peering seemed to be working from our side, but it turns out the routing change hasn't fully taken effect yet.
We are still working on this.

Can confirm, issue is still occurring and path is still the same. Trying to also open a ticket with SE for help.

Its the same for me, its for a good month now that i get severe lags in raids, even though my ping is 80-100 i have 1-2 seconds delaways on my skills, its horrible. its gets better in later hours , the lags are almsot entirely gone at 11pm.
