Not going to lie that cheesecake looks terrible imo. It doesn't seem like someone wanted to go through the effort of using a water bath to cook the cheesecake which is really a requirement for most custards unless you want it to not taste amazing.

It gives me great pleasure knowing that when I am dead and my bones settled into the shallow hallow of the Earth, this thread will still live on.
