So now the thread should derail and instead of whining like 2 dollar cats in the miner's guild about getting jump with no in game mobility use; we can complain about animations.

I'm not getting or losing anything that i want. I just like to keep the thread going. Maybe since you are in graphic arts for your dayjob, you can comment on how to make a jump look realistic and make it have equal parameters for all races.

Or just fluff the thread with "you need a life" comments. Either is cool for me.

Well if we wanted realism in a game you wouldn't get hit in the face by ifrit more than once and survive and jumping would only be about 2-3 feet. We don't need a realistic game. We need an awesome fantasy game.

I've played XIII-2. It's well a well done beautiful looking game. They jump about 6 feet. Doesn't bother me.
