I really don't see the issue in toggling a purely ascetic action, especially one that is controversial, and that essentially annoys a number of people. Yoshi has stated that it will serve no purpose, that it is purely a fan service feature because enough people asked for it. See this is the problem with being resonable...we're expected to support a toggle feature for chocobo music, but it's a sin against all creation to want a jump toggle lol.
