It's not going to happen, it's an invalid argument with no way of proving. You don't see anyone spamming emotes or spamming shout with useless garbage all the time, it's an occasional thing at worst. People aren't giong to spam jump any more than they do anything else. I guarantee you, After 2.0 being out for a month nobody is going to even give a damn. I can't understand for the life of me how anybody could possibly be so bothered by this, especially when they don't really know what's actually going to happen.
