I think the answer should be:
No jump toggle, no gfx/animation toggles of any kind. All settings on high, if your machine can't handle it don't play. Don't want shadows/dust/physics/blah piss off we put them in you need to have them on.

Or just put in a jump toggle. IF jump is made more than just a /emote type thing then by all means make us all watch it all the time.

This thread is a pretty good example of why pandering to the WoW crowd is a great way to turn your game to shit.

Get a useless, annoying mechanic added because you got to spam it in other MMO's you played and will play after FFXIV because I very much doubt you'll be here that long.

Berate, belittle, attack, mock, and condescend to anyone with the opposite opnion towards said addition because you got what you wanted and it is only natural to want to force it on everyone.

I only hope you don't do too much damage before you get bored and flutter off.
