I am having weird animations and effects delay recently when doing content. I tried cleaning my pc inside and out and the issue isn't resolved. I haven't done any hardware changes and idk why this keeps happening when I play.

I am currently using Restore Game Data option to redownload the game's files. I'll let you guys know in a couple of hours.
