What's your go-to game when you are suffering from Burnout?

You're not wrong. I gotta kill the entire neighborhood first before I stop playing though. It's like an unspoken rule that you gotta be a complete psychopath at one point in your playthrough.

Funny, one of my discord servers was just talking about a psycho thing to do in The Sims lol.

My last one was the 17th I think(?). I'm kinda upset of their chosen color palette, everything was -so red- and even our own shots can obscure enemy's bullets. Otherwise, they're a fun game to "hit, play, then stop" nowadays. I know I've played the series too much since middle school because when I ease into any other subsequent games, experimenting with hitboxes are one of the first thing I did and XIV was no different xD

I should try their fighting games too someday, they looked... hilarious.

My husband played them a bunch, he really liked them. The stories were definitely something haha. I watched a vtuber recently play Perfect Cherry Blossom for the first time, they got to the end, beat up the boss and was gloating about "YEAH I DID IT, IT TOOK ME LIKE 2 HOURS BUT I DID IT" and then promptly died to the actual Final Spell Card eating up one of her remaining lives lol. And hey, hitboxes in XIV are the same! You just don't get the sound of bullets grazing you

Hah, a friend just asked if I wanted to reup the XI sub... the sirensong of Vana'diel is pretty hard to ignore when it calls loudly to you.

I usually flip between WoW and FFXIV when a new expansion arrives, but WoW's new talent system will probably keep me away. Every time I try to configure it, all I want to do is log off again.

Anything I can engage and disengage with quickly, like Binding of Isaac, Noita and Overwatch. Doing most content in FFXIV is quite involved and quitting whenever you feel like is discouraged, hafta usually see things through if it's not solo content, making it a pretty bad game when you just want to chill and have very casual fun that you can opt out of whenever you feel bored or otherwise dissatisfied with it.
