    Greetings Adventurer,

I'm very sorry to hear that you've been experiencing crashes while trying to play Final Fantasy XIV: Online. Aside from the "An unexpected error has occurred ffxiv.exe+11bd83c" error message, are there any error messages that appear when the game crashes? I would like to recommend giving these troubleshooting steps a try as they may help with the crashing that you've been experiencing:

    - Update/reinstall your graphics card drivers (preferably a clean install as based on the information provided the Nvidia GTX 1060 drivers were last updated 12/17/2017)
    - Update your Windows OS. Make sure to install any optional updates that you might have available.
    - Disable any programs/overlays running in the background
    - Disable all other device drivers, leaving the mouse & keyboard as the only devices active.
    - Make sure that any anti-virus programs on your PC are either temporarily disabled or has the appropriate exceptions made for Final Fantasy XIV
    - Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.

I do hope this helps and thank you for posting in the FINAL FANTASY XIV Technical Support Forums.
